Darwin Fun Run/Walk

The Bravehearts Fun Run/Walk is being held on 7 September as this is the start of National Child Protection Week. Come along and join us for a fun run/walk to raise awareness for Bravehearts and let’s help make Australia the safest place in the world to raise a child!

Registration is available on the day from 6.00am until 6.45am. We encourage registration prior to race day.
NB: THIS EVENT IS FOR THE CHARITY BRAVEHEARTS. ALL MONEY RAISED (MINUS EXPENSES) WILL BE DONATED TO BRAVEHEARTS.
Reporting Time
Please be at the start/finish line at 6.45am.
Route:
Out and back course at East Point. Start Lake Alexander Carpark.

- Baggage storage area - this will be available, but is not a secure area, leave bags at your own risk
Minimum Age To Enter:
13 years old as at 01 September 2014
BYOB:
We are promoting the Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) initiative as part of our effort to reduce wastage of cups used for hydration. You may support this initiative through one or both of the following ways:
  • Bring 1 bottle, cup or container of your own.
  • Carrying your own hydration bag/bottle & refilling it at the water station.
  • You may leave your bottle/cup/container at the Water Station located at the Main Event Site (subject to availability of space) where you can retrieve the bottle conveniently.
  • To fill it up, simply bring your bottle/cup/container to the Water Station, & the volunteer will gladly assist you.
  • Cups will also be provided if you do not have your own bottles/cups/container but we encourage you to bring your own.
